Vice Pres. Daniel Buford leads MCLI's Toxic Triangle work with other organizations in Oakland, Richmond and San Francisco. Activists are finding many city, county, state and federal agencies are supposed to deal with air quality, removal of asbestos and oxygen tanks, and other environmental hazards on SuperFund Sites, including: Office of Public Safety, Public Health Dept., Case Mgr. of Nuisance Property, Building Services, Fire Dept., Air Quality Enforcement Office, EPA Region, federal Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR).
