Spanish Judge Seeks Indictment of "The Bush Six"
May 20 &mdash Judge Baltasar Garzón Real of the Spanish central criminal court received a complaint against six former Bush administration officials, and has forwarded it to Spanish prosecutors for a decision as to whether formal charges will be brought.
The complaint, which concerns the torture of five Spanish citizens held at Guantanamo, identifies Alberto Gonzales, Jay Bybee, John Yoo, William J. Haynes II, David Addington, and Douglas J. Feith as the six men responsible for approving the torture methods used against Gtmo detainees.
